Welcome to our forum. We hope you will enjoy and use the forum appropriately.

In order for everybody to enjoy the forum we would like you to abide by the following rules

All forums have to have rules and we would like to keep ours to a minimum. As we consider most of the rules we could mention would be covered by good manners and courtesy we shall not mention most of them here. Just be good to each other and be nice so that we can all get along and enjoy ourselves.

It is not possible for Admin and the moderators to scan all the messages 24/7, so to help us,

if you consider someone in breach of any the rules set out below please contact the admin via the private messaging (PM) facility with a link to the offending post, or email FIVESTAR at learnwithfivestar@live.co.uk. If you have a technical problem, please email FIVESTAR at learnwithfivestar@live.co.uk.
Any action against breaches of the rules may not be taken immediately but admin will endeavour to act within 48hrs from when the breach was brought to our attention

No bad language
No racism
No overt sexual remarks
No names & addresses
No arguing
No provocative posts designed to cause argument
No spam
No linking to other forums without permission
No threatening or intimidating posts
No hostility
No posting of copyrighted material
No posting emails or pm’s or photos from other members without their express permission
No dual or more memberships

The administrators reserve the right to refuse membership without giving a reason.

Any member not showing any activity in the forum for a minimum of 6 months will have their membership revoked. You will be able to re-register

Any new member that joins the forum using a known spamming IP address or Domain will have their membership revoked.

You are responsible for the content of anything you post. The Administrators’ and Moderators of this site cannot be held responsible or liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify the Moderators and Administrators of this forum against all claims.

Any posts in breach of these rules will be removed from the forum and the offender will be issued with a warning. Persistent offenders will be banned from the site. Serious offenders will be removed without warning.

All these rules apply to posts to the forum and PM’s as well
